This is the FIIIII-NAL Packdown
Thank goodness I am moving to Chicago at the same time that Jack had to prepare the house in South Bend for the new buyer because I don't know if I would have realized just how much I accumulated over the past four years. Fortunately I didn't procrastinate and did a little at a time so things went fairly smoothly the past four or five days in terms of packing the house and preparing for the movers to arrive on Tuesday (aka tomorrow).
Does it seem possible that tomorrow I will be picking up keys to my new apartment? Actually YES. It didn't seem like graduation would ever arrive with the amount of planning that it involved, hence it snuck up on all graduates, but the move does seem like a possibility after a week or preparation.
I am looking forward to living with two of my favorite chicas from high school in Chicago and all that will ensure. It is a little sad to be saying goodbye to our house in South Bend though. In typical fashion, the fleet all assembled to tackle on the challenge:

Now the next step is to begin to convince the parents to move back to the North Shore area...

Adventures to Come
Hello everyone!!
I hope you missed me, I know I have been out and about for my last year at Notre Dame in the beautiful South Bend, IN. Speaking of, I have now graduated, which means off to the real world and (pretending to have an) adult life.
Things have been quite busy actually with the end of the year in our family. My dad is in the midst of chaos as work, Jack, Jules, Mom and I working on getting the house prepared for the closing, working on the possibility of buying a boat and me preparing to leave for some backpacking in Europe!
So to fast forward through senior year here were a few of the highlights from the past few weeks. A beautiful spring break in the Cayman Islands (mostly thanks to some creative searching for deals):

Attending the Kentucky Derby:

Finishing my Senior Design Project:

Attending the Senior Commencement Ball

'Partying' with my favorite girls at Babetostal:

And of course getting to Graduation Weekend. Friday night we attended a lovely BBQ hosted by the Geraci & Leis families and then went to the Silverhawks Stadium in South Bend for a evening of events planned by the boys of Dillon hall.

And then, of course, came the main event itself:

After my own graduation, my mom and I headed to Colorado Springs to see Karl's graduation from the Air Force Academy...

Congratulations to all graduates!
